Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do when using the Geompact platform.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, submit, or process content that: infringes any third-party intellectual property, copyright, patent, or trademark; contains malware, exploit code, or harmful components; depicts or promotes illegal activity; violates the privacy or rights of any person.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any system connected to it; scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service via automated means without prior written consent; resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization; use the Service to send unsolicited communications; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
3. Fair Use Limits
Your plan includes a monthly model credit allowance. Automated bulk submissions that exceed your plan's stated limits, or that are designed to circumvent rate limits, are prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
4. AI & Training Data
You may not use outputs from Geompact's AI features (analysis text, recommendations) to train competing AI systems. Your uploaded models are never used to train our AI without explicit, separately granted permission.
5. Security Research
Responsible security research is welcome. Please disclose vulnerabilities privately to hey@geompact.com before public disclosure. Do not test vulnerabilities against production accounts that are not your own.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of this policy, with or without prior notice. Serious violations may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
